Only half of the order arrived. Once I found the customer service # I called. The person that answered the phone sounded like he was waking up from a night out. He answered the phone with”hello”. I had to question if I had truly reached the business #. I explained my order was incomplete. He said he would take care of it which he did, but I got no confirmation email to confirm our conversation or new shipping date. I called again 5 days later to confirm the missing item was being sent.
The products were just ok. Totally unprofessional experience and I won’t order from them again.
