Here at Belinda Jewelz our aim is to satisfy each and every one of our customers to the best of our ability. We stand behind the quality of every single one of our products and believe our products to be of the highest standard in fine jewelry. However, in the rare case that you, the customer, decides they are not 100% satisfied with our product we will be more then willing to either provide you with a full refund or an exchange as long as it is within 30 days after the product has been delivered to your doorstep.
If you do decide to return your item then will provide you a refund, provided:
– The item has been returned within 30 days or less since its delivered date
– It is unworn and still in its original condition
– It is returned with the correct materials and accompanying documents if applicable
– In order to request a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
– Your Name
– Order Number
– The reason for why you are returning this item
At Belinda Jewelz we do not accept returns from products that are on deal price, please contact us at email@example.com with you order number and we will try to assist you.
Any personalized jewelry order will ONLY be returned if damaged during transit. Personalized jewelry orders do not qualify for returns. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ring sizes could be changed by any local designers however, if you do not find the right ring size on the website please email us at email@example.com or give us a call at 1 (800) 988-5612 and our team will gladly coordinate a customized ring size for you at no additional cost.
